Server/Bartender Qualifications:

  • You are a positive, fun-loving person with a growth mindset
  • You have a minimum or 1-2 years of previous experience serving/bartending in a comparable full-service restaurant environment
  • You are available to work a during the nights, weekends and holidays, you may also be able to work during the day
  • You are Smart Serve Certified
  • You are ‘all about’ providing Guests with an amazing experience that makes them want to return to see you
  • You are a strong team player with great communication skills
  • You are keen and ready to learn our food, beverage and service standards
  • You never turn your head from a standard
  • You may be passionate about beer, and may have a good level of beer knowledge
  • You may be interested in growing your hospitality career
  • You are physically able to remain standing & active for extended periods
  • You are able to make a minimum 1-year commitment to our team
