Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a smooth operation within the restaurant. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment transactions.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in serving food and beverages efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant environments is advantageous.
  • Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.

Pay: $15.80-$17.00 per hour
