Fresh Space Cleaning is a locally owned, licensed and insured cleaning company serving Greater Victoria, with a 5.0-star Google rating. We're hiring reliable cleaners to join our recurring residential routes.

You won't be buying your own supplies or hauling equipment in your car. Every cleaner gets a fully stocked cart, and your travel time between homes is paid.

What you'll do

• Clean recurring residential homes: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors
• Follow our written checklist for each service type (regular clean, deep clean, move-out)
• Communicate with your supervisor about anything that needs attention in a client's home
• Treat every home with care — most of our clients are long-term and see the same cleaner each visit

Schedule

• We have work available seven days a week, mornings through evenings, so we can build a schedule around your availability
• Tell us the days and hours you can work and we'll assign routes that fit — whether that's a few shifts a week or close to full-time
• Shifts typically run 3 to 8 hours depending on the job (recurring homes, move-outs, deep cleans)
• Once your route is set, we ask that you keep those time slots consistent — our clients book the same day and time each week

What we provide

• A complete rolling cart per cleaner: vacuum, mop, bucket, cloths, and all products
• Four paid training shifts working alongside an owner before you go out on your own
• $0.60/km mileage reimbursement for travel between job sites
• WorkSafeBC coverage — you're an employee, not a contractor

What we're looking for

• Reliable and punctual — our clients book the same time slot every week
• Attention to detail; you notice the baseboard, the sink edge, the smudge on the glass
• Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset, but we train the right person
• Able to pass a reference check

Pay and job details

• $20.25-27.25 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
• Paid travel time between homes
• Mileage reimbursement

• Location: In person — Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, View Royal, Cordova Bay, Sidney, etc.
