About the Service Manager Role:

  • Full-time, salaried, management position, reporting directly to the General Manager
  • Directly responsible for the Server team, ensuring adherence to Beertown service standards.
  • Operates shifts with excellence, leading to increases in sales week over week, year over year.
  • Leading & coaching service team in fulfilling steps of service and all side-work both pre and post-service
  • Handles any service or Guest concerns during the shift with Hospitality from the Heart
  • Hire, train, mentor and schedule (weekly) Server team
  • Facilitate Focus of the Week program for Front of House
  • Monitor daily cleanliness of restaurant, attacking any cleaning & repair concerns with urgency
  • Manage reservation book in concert with Front of House Management Team.
  • Assist in managing costs related to service - Front of House Labour & Uniform Inventory, Local Store Marketing (to name a few)
  • Drive on going learning of Service team via participation in our online learning software

Service Manager Earnings & Perks:

  • $55,000 - $58,000 annual salary
