Votre rôle

À titre de membre clé de notre équipe, vous serez appelé(e) à :

  • Traiter les commandes des clients avec précision et efficacité
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, courriel et en personne
  • Coordonner les livraisons et assurer le suivi des commandes
  • Développer et maintenir des relations de confiance avec les clients
  • Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle à chaque interaction
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des ventes et des opérations afin d'assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle
