Job Overview
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food experiences. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for food preparation, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in the food industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Applicants should have a flexible schedule and be available to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
  • Operate a POS system for order processing and cashiering
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
  • Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Skills

  • Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems or similar platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
  • Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
  • Kitchen experience or prior food industry experience is a plus
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
  • Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
