Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Servers, Bartenders, and Chefs to join our restaurant team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in providing excellent food and customer service, work well in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to maintaining a positive and professional workplace.

Both experienced candidates and motivated individuals looking to grow in the restaurant industry are welcome to apply. Positions may be available for full-time and part-time candidates.

Job Description

Servers

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
  • Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks while ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience
  • Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
  • Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally
  • Follow all restaurant service, health, and safety standards

Bartenders

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
  • Take beverage orders and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
  • Check identification and follow all applicable alcohol-service regulations
  • Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties
  • Work closely with servers and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Chefs / Kitchen Staff

  • Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and food-quality guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
  • Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization
  • Follow proper food handling, health, and safety procedures
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen and restaurant team members

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but training may be available for suitable candidates
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Bartenders must meet applicable legal age and alcohol-service requirements
