We’re looking for someone who can run a shift without everything falling apart the second it gets busy.

This isn’t a clipboard job. You’ll be in it. Managing people, solving problems, keeping standards tight, and making sure customers leave happy instead of writing essays about us online.

We are extremely busy. Weekends are not “a little rush.” They’re organized chaos, and we go to war every Friday and Saturday. If that excites you, you’ll fit in. If not, this won’t be a good time.

What you’ll actually be doing:

  • Running day-to-day operations and keeping the team on track
  • Leading staff on shift (and stepping in when things get chaotic… because they will)
  • Making sure food goes out right, fast, and consistent
  • Handling customer issues without escalating them into a full-blown event
  • Managing inventory and keeping things stocked properly
  • Keeping everything clean, safe, and up to standard
  • Helping with cash, closing, and basic reporting

What we need from you:

  • Experience leading a team in a restaurant or similar environment
  • You know food safety and don’t cut corners
  • You can handle pressure without melting down or disappearing
  • You’re direct, reliable, and don’t need to be babysat
  • You can talk to both staff and customers like a normal person
  • You notice problems early and fix them before they snowball
