We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cook skilled in cooking quality high end proteins, maintain presentation standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong Cooking skills, and is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous lead cook position / leadership kitchen experience is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
  • Ability to manage a grill and sauce in a higher end kitchen
  • Passion for hospitality, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
