Bartender/ Server
Luxe Bistro – Ottawa, ON

Luxe Bistro is a busy modern steakhouse/bistro with multiple event spaces. We have been operating for over twenty years in the By-ward market.

We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Bartender/ Server to join our team. Candidates must have open availability with no scheduling restrictions, and bring the skills and professionalism to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of bartending experience
  • Minimum 3 years of serving experience
  • Strong working knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
  • Experience with craft cocktails and high end wine service
  • A polished and professional approach to bartending/ serving
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Self-starter
  • Bilingual (English & French)

Key responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve cocktails to spec and speed
  • Provide recommendations for wine , beer and cocktails
  • Provide oustanding service to bar guests and create for drinks for restaurant service
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and bar setup
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
  • Assist with inventory and stock rotation
  • Execute daily and weekly cleaning, prep, and closing duties
