Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

  • Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are sanitized regularly
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health regulations
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service
  • Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Support overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment is highly desirable
  • Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
