Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Cook and bring your culinary talents to life in a fast-paced, welcoming environment! In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our morning service, preparing delicious breakfast dishes that energize our guests and set the tone for their day. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking, and food safety will ensure every plate is crafted with care and precision. We’re looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a kitchen setting, has a passion for food service, and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences from the moment the sun rises. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and food safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Assist in meal preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up cooking stations for efficient service
  • Serve guests promptly with friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service throughout their breakfast experience
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations
  • Support team members during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods specific to breakfast dishes
  • Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent serving skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests and team members
  • Kitchen experience within the food industry or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
  • Basic understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
