Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you’ll be the friendly face that guides guests through their meal, ensures their needs are met with promptness and professionalism, and contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. Your energy and hospitality will help foster a vibrant environment where guests feel valued and eager to return.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus with enthusiasm.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards throughout service.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments swiftly.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.

Requirements

  • Prior food service or restaurant experience demonstrating strong guest service skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and order adjustments.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests.
  • Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; a passion for serving others is essential.
