Who We Are:

Taiv is a fast-growing tech startup located in Winnipeg, Canada. Taiv uses AI to make business TV more fun, engaging, profitable, and easier to manage, starting with bars and restaurants. We've built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games. Our tech also automates the manual AV tasks that venues have to do every day, to make bar management easier, standardized, and more profitable. We're venture-capital backed and graduated from Y Combinator, the world's top tech accelerator, in winter 2020. We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our growing team!

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an individual that is passionate about the client experience, willing to go above and beyond to help our restaurant partners make the most of using our product in their venue.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Taiv at our early stages. We are growing quickly and there are tons of opportunities to advance within Taiv. Help us create a five-star experience for our Taiv network partners!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor and improve account metrics for each client.

  • Communicate progress of monthly, quarterly, and yearly initiatives with clients.

  • Prepare account reports/statements as requested by clients or supervisors.

  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities.

  • Provide proactive customer service to clients on all accounts.

  • Educate clients on new Taiv products and services and how to utilize them in our space.

  • Assist client with coordinating content creation for their venue's promos.

  • Develop trusting and beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • You are a people person. You love meeting people and people love meeting you.

  • You think quickly on your feet. You'd love to spend your days building relationships with our clients and problem solving any issues they are experiencing.

  • You're a strategic thinker who takes a proactive approach with customer satisfaction.

  • You have a strong grasp on the fundamentals of client relationship management and can apply these fundamentals to helping strategize your outreach strategy.

  • You're highly organized. Your calendar is always up to date and you enjoy working with spreadsheets and keeping an up-to-date CRM.

  • You're a solution-oriented problem solver that can answer questions about our product with ease.

  • You're a team player with a strong work ethic.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.

  • Restaurant working experience strongly preferred.

  • Degree or diploma in marketing and/or sales an asset.

  • Located in Winnipeg or willing to relocate.

Job Details:

  • Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 per year + stock options
