Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Almond Nail Bar. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest receives exceptional customer service from the moment they walk through the door. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer support skills in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate appointment schedules using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Handle data entry tasks with precision, including client information, appointment details, and billing records.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing client files for quick retrieval.
  • Support administrative tasks like verifying client information, managing check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software.
  • Experience with office procedures including filing, proofreading, and document management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred; experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous for handling billing or financial records.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data management.
