Responsible for company wide product procurement and logistics, the Purchasing Team establishes, negotiates and manages contract and supply agreements while sourcing new vendors and managing supply chain, distribution and inventory management of broadline distributors.


YOU ARE:

  • A key member of the Purchasing & Supply Chain team, reporting directly to the VP, Purchasing & Supply Chain
  • An organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages multiple priorities.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams, distributors, and vendor partners.
  • Analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, taking initiative and maintaining a positive attitude when navigating change and operational challenges.
  • A team player who values integrity, professionalism, and delivering exceptional support to restaurant operations.
  • Degree educated, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experienced in logistics or supply chain within the foodservice industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience at a Specialist or Coordinator level.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with advanced working knowledge of both platforms.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Expected to work from our Vancouver Head Office a minimum of three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days under our hybrid setup.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Supporting the end-to-end supply chain, distribution, and inventory lifecycle across our multi-unit restaurant brands.
  • Preparing volume forecasts and communicate product demand changes with distributor and vendor partners.
  • Monitoring purchase orders, inventory levels, and product availability to help achieve optimal order fill rates and minimize stock shortages.
  • Coordinating menu rollouts and limited-time offers, including demand forecasting, new product setup, inventory planning, and product distribution to restaurants.
  • Maintaining and update ordering guides, product listings, and contract cost documentation.
  • Conducting pricing analyses and identify opportunities for cost savings and freight optimization.
  • Supporting new restaurant openings by coordinating deliveries, setting up supplier accounts, and facilitating opening orders.
  • Acting as a key liaison between restaurant operations, distributors, and vendors to proactively communicate product changes, shortages, and pricing updates.
  • Providing day-to-day logistics support to restaurant teams and respond to operational needs as they arise.

  • Provide compensation between $85,000 to $95,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
