About the Role

- Smoothie Masters (team members)
Responsibilities
Smoothie Masters:
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, and beverages to brand standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Support the team during busy periods
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in similar environments (e.g. Starbucks, cafés, or quick-service restaurants) is considered an asset
