Duties

  • Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards and ensure availability for service.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning food items under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines.
  • Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
  • Experience with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling dishes is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations.
