Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Cook pizzas using commercial ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times to achieve optimal results.
  • Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, maintaining consistency in presentation and flavor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food handling and safety standards.
  • Assist in serving customers when needed, providing friendly and efficient food service.
  • Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage of ingredients and sanitation procedures.
  • Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food preparation or food service is highly preferred, especially within a restaurant or food industry setting.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques related to pizza making and general kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail when preparing ingredients and assembling dishes.
