Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly sanitized and available for food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts
  • Support kitchen staff by ensuring the timely availability of clean dishware for food service
  • Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold sanitation standards
  • Adhere to all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving is a plus
  • Reliable with good time management skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
