Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the Team Member is the friendly face of our restaurant, someone who loves engaging with guests, creating memorable moments, and making everyone feel welcome. Your enthusiasm, strong people skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction helps support the success of our team and ensures every guest has a great visit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Previous food service industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and card transactions.
  • Ability to take customer orders, process payments, provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience, and assist with basic food preparation.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
  • Must meet the minimum provincial legal employment age (proof of age or a work permit may be required if hired).
  • Demonstrates the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform regular job functions.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily an indoor environment with occasional outdoor tasks.
  • Occasionally lift, move, carry, and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights.
  • Experience frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as coolers, freezers, and cooking sections.
  • Involves standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift without frequent rest periods.
  • Frequent movements such as bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping, wrapping, and squeezing.
  • Regularly reaching overhead, forward, and underneath shelves, counters, tables, and kitchen equipment.
  • Frequent squatting or stooping to access items on low shelves or the floor.
  • Occasional use of stools or ladders to reach items stored on higher shelves.
  • Plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and preparing our signature subs.
