Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with our restaurant standards, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall dining experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and storage spaces
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
  • Follow all food handling procedures to uphold safety regulations and quality standards

Experience

  • Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen environments within the food industry is advantageous
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential
  • Experience with meal preparation, serving, and general kitchen operations will help ensure success in this role
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
