We are a fast-casual, made from scratch kitchen focused on high-quality, fresh food made daily. We are looking for a reliable, fast-moving Kitchen helper & Cook.

This role is hands-on and essential to our daily service. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, building salads, panini, pastas and helping ensure orders go out quickly, consistently, and at a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Prep fresh ingredients daily according to recipes and standards
  • Work the salad/pasta station during service (building orders quickly and accurately)
  • Ensure consistency, portioning, and presentation of all menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Support timely flow of orders during busy service periods
  • Communicate with kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a kitchen, prep role, café, or fast-paced food environment preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently during busy periods
  • Ability to follow recipes and systems consistently
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and improve quickly
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
