Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a vital role in our hospitality team, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.
  • Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and promotions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding service.
