Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their dining experience
• Assist with food and beverage preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent guest interactions
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitation
• Support meal preparation activities including basic cooking tasks and food handling procedures
• Manage cash registers, process payments accurately, and handle transactions with professionalism
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during busy periods
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, cafe or hospitality environments is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously
• Experience with kitchen tasks such as food preparation, cooking, and food handling
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with proactive communication abilities
• Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
