What You Bring
- Willingness and ability to relocate to a remote Northern Canadian community (required)
- 2+ years of experience supervising or managing a team in a fast food, restaurant or hospitality
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in remote settings

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage weekly staff schedules that respond to the realities of a remote location
- Order products and manage inventory to ensure consistent product availability
