Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house activities. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. The Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. Must be available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
  • Assist in the interviewing and training of new team members to maintain a high-quality workforce.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement strategies for improving service efficiency and enhancing overall guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
