Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders & Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items as needed.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with the food industry.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
