Position Title: PLANT ASSISTANT

Independent Concrete Ltd. is one of Victoria’s top producers of quality Ready Mixed Concrete with a strong focus on safety. This role will assist the Batch/Dispatcher in the daily operational duties and can provide opportunities for advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Assist Production Personnel in any start up and shutdown procedures required.
  • Operate front end loaders and skid steer.
  • Conduct and assist with plant inspections, maintenance and housekeeping functions.
  • Participate in, and implement, safety initiatives.
