Server/Bartender

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional food and beverage service and creating memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system, including Micros POS software.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with all liquor regulations.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining area, and service stations.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and team members to ensure timely order delivery and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow all food safety, food handling, and hygiene procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of serving and bartending experience preferred.
  • Experience using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an asset.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and payment processing.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Valid Smart Serve certification required.
  • Strong beer and wine knowledge.
  • Experience working in a team-service environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
