Position Overview:

To support servers through clearing, serving, anticipating guest needs. To maintain high standards of hospitality, presentation and cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clear dishes; serve food and water timely.
  • Relay orders, dietary requests to servers
  • Assist servers on busy days with table resets, prep, teardowns.
  • Assist in general duties during high volume periods with reservations.
  • Attend to guest requests with care and urgency.
  • Keep the restaurant area tidy, stocked and organized.
  • Comply with appearance standards per employee handbook.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and Service Excellence principles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements/Experience:

  • Restaurant customer service experience preferred.
  • Responsible with ability to multi-task effectively
  • Guest focused with polished communication skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Physical ability for prolonged standing, lifting up to 30 lbs.

  • Open availability – able to work variable shifts.
