What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers warmly and create a positive, inclusive in-store experience.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and support responsible cannabis purchasing decisions.
• Share accurate product information based on ongoing training and current product knowledge.
• Process orders using tablets, POS systems, and cash-handling procedures with accuracy and care.
• Check ID and follow all store procedures and compliance requirements.
• Restock products, support merchandising, and help keep displays clean, clear, and customer-ready.
• Work with teammates to fulfill orders, support daily store flow, and adapt when priorities shift.
• Participate in inventory counts, receiving, and basic loss-prevention practices as needed.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by noticing what’s needed and following through.
• Contribute to a team environment where people support each other, celebrate wins, and have fun doing great work.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum age of 19.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years plus experience in a similar scope of role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality with extensive customer-facing interaction
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm and professional in a busy store.
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with a wide range of customers.
• A willingness to keep learning and build accurate cannabis product knowledge.
• Ability to follow procedures, ask questions, and work with integrity.
• Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 20 lbs. regularly.
• Provincial cannabis retail certification required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal record check.
