The Role

We’re hiring experienced millwrights and industrial installers to join our installation and maintenance crews. You’ll work on a variety of projects — from precision conveyor and automation installs to large-scale racking systems, mezzanines, and full facility decommissions. This is hands-on, travel-ready work for trades professionals who take pride in doing it right.

What You’ll Do

• Install, align, and commission conveyor systems, sortation equipment, and material handling automation

• Erect and modify pallet racking, pick modules, mezzanines, and VNA/wire-guided systems

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and installation specs

• Perform anchoring, leveling, rigging, and mechanical assembly to manufacturer tolerances

• Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and reconfigurations on existing systems

• Support decommissioning projects: teardown, equipment removal, and load-out

• Follow all site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Travel to project sites across Canada and the U.S. as required

What You Bring

• Millwright certification (Red Seal / 433A an asset) OR equivalent hands-on industrial installation experience

• Experience with conveyors, racking, automation, or material handling systems strongly preferred

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, hydraulics, rigging, scissor lifts, and forklifts

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Comfortable working at heights and in active industrial environments

• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel and work away from home on assignments

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset

• Forklift / aerial lift certifications an asset (we can certify the right people)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fixed term contract

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
