Job Description

Milestones Grill and Bar is a well-known Canadian restaurant chain that offers a unique and upscale dining experience. We are currently looking for experienced Cooks to join our team at various locations across Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment
• Adhering to all food safety standards and regulations
• Ensuring that food is cooked and presented according to restaurant standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Communicating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen
• Understanding of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
