Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food Service Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing food safety standards, and ensuring efficient service delivery to create a welcoming and high-quality dining experience.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities
  • Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the establishment
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS or similar systems
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Lead by example in hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism to foster a positive work environmentSkills
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership
  • Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and manage financial transactions
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and restaurant workflows
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Experience in hotel or barista environments is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food quality and safety standardsThis position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a vibrant team within the food industry. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
