Tuscan Wolf Pizzeria Cambridge is an authentic Italian-style pizzeria located in the heart of Cambridge. We focus on traditional techniques, high-quality ingredients, classic recipes, and warm Italian hospitality.

We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Prep Cook / Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant professional kitchen experience and can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook appetizers, pasta, pizzas, and other menu items
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
  • Maintain consistent food quality during busy service
  • Organize, stock, and restock kitchen stations
  • Follow food-safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
  • Keep preparation and cooking areas clean and organized
  • Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and general kitchen duties
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and Front of House teams

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of relevant prep cook, line cook, pizza cook, or Italian kitchen experience
  • Strong food-preparation and cooking skills
  • Experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Reliable, punctual, organized, and team-oriented
  • Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
