Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vibrant role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
  • Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling and safety standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
  • Engage with guests to create a lively, hospitable atmosphere while managing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
  • Proven skills in bartending, serving, cash handling, and customer service excellence
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
  • Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and inventory management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
