Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your lively personality, combined with your attention to detail, will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards
  • Handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling practices in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Assist in setting up the bar area before shifts and cleaning up after service, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests

Experience

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food service operations
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in hospitality or serving roles that showcase excellent communication and teamwork skills
