Job Overview
We are excited to offer an employment opportunity at our vibrant Indian street food restaurant within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about authentic cuisine, customer service, and fast-paced food service environments. Availability

  • Applicant to be able to fill weekday shifts ~ 2pm-8:30 pm
  • Applicant expected have weekend availability

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of traditional Indian street food items with attention to authenticity and quality.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain efficient service flow.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Passion for Indian cuisine and cultural appreciation is highly desirable.
  • Strong English communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed.
