D-Luxe Café & Lounge is currently looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team. We are hiring Servers and Line Cooks for both full-time and part-time positions, with an immediate start available.

We are looking for team members who bring a positive attitude, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing our guests with a great dining experience.

Server – Responsibilities

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing welcoming, attentive, and professional service to our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Providing friendly and attentive table service
• Answering questions about menu items and making recommendations
• Delivering food and beverages efficiently
• Checking on guests throughout their dining experience
• Processing payments and handling bills accurately
• Keeping tables and service areas clean and organized
• Communicating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Following all restaurant, food safety, and responsible alcohol service procedures
• Helping create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every guest

Server Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Smart Serve certification is required for employees serving alcohol in Ontario

Line Cook – Responsibilities

As a Line Cook, you will help prepare and execute menu items while maintaining D-Luxe Café & Lounge’s standards for quality, consistency, cleanliness, and presentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to restaurant standards
• Setting up and maintaining your assigned kitchen station
• Following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Completing food preparation before and during service
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Following proper food handling and food safety procedures
• Monitoring ingredient quality and communicating inventory needs
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Communicating and cooperating with other kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Assisting with cleaning and closing duties as required

Line Cook Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal kitchen duties
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Food Handler Certification is an asset
