Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Handle dishwashing duties with care, ensuring all cookware, utensils, and dishware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health standards
  • Support kitchen staff by assisting with basic food preparation tasks and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
  • Monitor and uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued highly
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and sanitation standards is a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in dishwashing and serving duties
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experience
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations or hospitality industry experience is advantageous
