We are seeking a dynamic, energetic assistant retail sales manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences daily basis. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable of our products with an engaging, upbeat personality.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Assist in Maintain and manage inventory stock levels
  • Assist in Manage store appearance/daily upkeep.
  • Assist in Manage alterations dept. to ensure alterations are done correctly, on time and manage tailor dept. efficiency.
  • Hire and train additional staff as required.
  • Supervise, motivate and guide staff towards maximum performance and sales goals.
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Manage issues and/or complaints from customers for quick and satisfactory resolution.
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Determine the need for areas of improvements in the store
  • Manage budgets and sales targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail and/or sales experience a major plus
  • Computer literate and comfortable using POS systems
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
  • Menswear or Retail management experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Menswear Retail: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
