Haus of Portraiture, the industry leader in fine art portraiture, is expanding our elite client experience team. Our clients fly in from across the country for our world-class portrait experiences, and we’re looking for a high-performing, emotionally intelligent Appointment Setter / Phone Sales Agent to help us continue delivering at the highest level.

Base pay is $44K with no cap to bonuses. You have the potential to earn up to $80,000 per year.

What You’ll Do

As the first voice our clients hear, you will set the tone for a premium experience. You’ll be responsible for:

• Scheduling and managing appointments for our Santa Monica studio
• Building genuine rapport with families and high-end clients over the phone
• Handling warm inbound & outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
• Collecting deposits and guiding clients through next steps
• Delivering 5-star service with warmth, clarity, and finesse
• Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly KPIs, driven by your own commitment to excellence
• Overcoming objections gracefully, with the poise of a true sales professional

Reporting directly to our Customer Service Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our clients feel seen, heard, and excited about their portrait experience.
