This company would be amazing if they had structure. There is no communication between anyone. They promote from within, but alway the wrong people. The training programs are so irregular. There is SO much to remember. All the different charity events, military recognition, delivery costs, protection cost. Also all of the policies like love it or replace it and all of the sleep guarantees. Plus the sales going on and the whole sale routine. You never have time to do any other work beside being with customers. Another is work and life balance. I never got to see my kids. I would go in at 8:45 am and get home sometimes not until 11 pm. ALWAYS short staffed. The staff that is there is super awkward to work with. I also DO NOT agree with the managers schedule. When we were short staffed we got out late in’s, early outs, and Fridays off taken away. Management still got to stay on their same schedule of early out and late ins. I’m sorry, but a manager is suppose to step in when needed not walk out of the door when have 3 sales people on the floor and up to 50 customers that day. Technology sucks. So old school. They are also very shady. Make us take gift card payments off of the product as supposed to applying it as a payment. Takes away from sales people’s commission. We are paying for the company to give out gift cards. Nice right?! Good luck if you work here. It’s no wonder why they can’t keep anyone.
