Your Role: UI/UX Designer
We are actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned User Interface / User Experience Designer to join our team at Triton. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with our passionate Technology and Innovation team and other stakeholders to design, implement, test and improve our products. The ideal candidate must have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while delivering a seamless and engaging user experience across our service offerings.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
• Support the creation and implementation of streamlined design processes.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to implement UI designs.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure consistency in UI elements across different platforms and devices.
• Create and maintain Design Systems
• Integrate compliance tools for accessibility while maintaining a seamless UI/UX.
• Create visually appealing GUI designs based on user interaction and performance.
• Design for both web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively demonstrate design concepts.
• Develop interactive designs with a focus on usability and accessibility
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback for iterative design improvements
• Create user personas to enhance the product experience
• Implement design solutions that align with brand guidelines and best practices
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI design.
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Utilize design and prototyping tools to create effective user interfaces.
• Understand business objectives and design/organize intuitive navigation flows for an engaging and impactful user experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and feature folders

What You Bring:

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.

Experience: 5+ Years experience in UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

• Portfolio of design projects demonstrating Web and Mobile experience.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and usability principles.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Relevant experience in UX design, interactive design, or similar roles.
• Experience conducting user research, including usability testing and user interviews.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (AODA and WCAG 2.0).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Adobe, Figma, Canva, Microsoft Suite etc.) preferred.
• Experience with AI Design software (Balsamiq, UIzard etc.)
• Experience in background screening or software or Incident Management industry preferred.

Work Setup: Hybrid role – must be able to work from home and the office
