Role Summary
We’re looking for a rockstar Associate Director – Product Management to define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for myBillBook, our flagship product. You’ll help shape the future of a platform that’s indispensable to millions of SMBs. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Sales, and Support to maximize user value and build world-class products.

Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
  • Define and communicate a bold product vision aligned with FloBiz’s long-term strategy.
  • Keep a close eye on market trends, competition, and evolving SMB needs to fine-tune our strategy.
Roadmap Ownership
  • Build and own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on user feedback, data insights, and impact.
  • Keep stakeholders in the loop with clear goals, timelines, and updates.
Execution & Delivery
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—with high-quality execution.
  • Work closely with Engineering to ensure robust architecture and efficient sprints.
User-Centric Approach
  • Deep-dive into user research to understand SMB workflows, pain points, and motivations.
  • Champion UX/UI improvements to keep the product intuitive, fast, and delightful.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Define and track key product metrics (adoption, retention, usage frequency, etc.).
  • Use Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and other tools to drive insights and refine the roadmap.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on product goals.
Stakeholder Management
  • Keep senior leadership, partners, and internal teams updated on product vision and progress.
  • Build relationships with strategic customers to gain insights and explore new opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or consumer-tech.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products with millions of users.
  • Strong understanding of agile development, user-centered design, and product analytics.
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing product teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • User-obsessed, data-driven, and strategic thinker.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
