Since we opened our doors in 1994, Medes College has been providing estheticians, makeup artists and nail technicians with exceptional education, cutting-edge technology and hands-on training they need to become experts in the beauty industry.

Medes College and SPA is currently looking for a College admissions and marketing Coordinator to develop, plan and coordinate recruiting and marketing activities. Reporting to the general manager, the successful candidate will be required to actively pursue and follow-up on leads of prospective students and to convert those leads into successful enrollment in order to meet annual registration targets. You will be required to maintain a close working relationship with prospective students and respond to inquiries and communications in timely manner. Network and liaise within the academic community and maintain a close working relationship with the school career counselors. Maintain a thorough understanding of the programs offered by Medes College and the process of admission. The successful candidate will also be responsible for some marketing activities while taking a lead role in supporting other projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Personality: Outgoing, Self-motivated, Detail oriented, Dependable, Flexible, Creative and Innovative, Team work oriented
  • Skills: Excellent communicator, Strong organizational skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Strong computer, social media, website design and e-mail marketing skills
  • Work schedule: Some flexibility and requires overnight stays and travel at times
  • Education: Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
  • Work Experience: 2-3 years of work related experience
  • Language: Written and Spoken French and English is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
