Poor management and supervisory assistance

Extremely poor management. Management will lie to you/other employees to save the company some money. Takes away hardly noticeable money off your pay checks. Supervisors and management are extremely manipulative, will threaten you, talk down to you, think they are much better than you and actually show it. do not care about your input on anything. very negative environment, which what explains the *high* salary. at this place, salary should be much higher for the job you do and expectations.

your co workers are amazing but the management is terrible. no room for advancement, no compensation for extra effort. what you do in the past means nothing, no matter how efficient you are. not a long term job, not conducive to a healthy life. hours are ridiculous, not a great job

If your okay with collecting a pay cheque, then work here....the people are friendly, team leaders are foolish, plans and offers change all the time, rules change every other week, the place is a mess, but if you build friendships then it makes working here ok

Zedd Customer Solutions is Morally corrupt

During our global pandemic, while our province is in a declared state of emergency, Zedd Customer Solutions is continuing to run business as usual. Apparently calling people unsolicited to upgrade their cable packages, or their satellite radio subscriptions has been deemed an essential service. More essential than the health and safety of those of us hired to create that profit and drive those sales. We are not customer care, our authority lies solely in increasing revenue. Many employees at Zedd have babies or young children at home, and a lot of the people working at this minimum wage job, including myself, have chronic preexisting conditions. Not to mention the employees who are seniors, or who take care of elderly parents. I heard numerous times, first-hand from upper management that the novel coronavirus "is just a common cold" and that "we are all going to get it anyways". Price gouging pensioners on a fixed income should not be considered an essential service and the fact that it has been allowed to be classified as such is morally reprehensible.
