Job applicants will need to submit clear criminal record checks (in the last 6 months). It is recommended that you have this in your file as you apply, cause this will expedite the hiring process a lot. Once this is submitted and references are called, there is training provided that will be appropriate to you job position.

They are horrible people from top to bottom they take granted what government allowed to do and keep on firing people one after the other just because they are allowed to do and do not consider others feelings and being jobless horrible and terrible people

Call you local YMCA to be sure what their practice is. Be sure to follow the expectations as listed on the job posting. Any step missed is enough for management to followup with the other individual who has submitted everything requested or necessary.

I was in their preschool program and supported other Programs for a minimun of 40hrs a week (estimated)

Invest in long-term success instead of band-aids. Try actually competing with other commercial fitness facilities.
