Good place to work, lots of career employees. Salary can be better adjusted to current market rate but the great working conditions and generally good atmosphere balance it out

Supervisor do favoritism all the time & create tension unnecessarily, so you can not work peacefully there. No chance of growth. people keep working there on same position many years. people who enjoy repetition in work & do not care about salary & growth. this job is just for them.

They never said you in first that they have heavy loads

They never mentioned when they hire they have super heavy loads and there trucks speed restricted only on 100 km. They always care about there fuel that whey they keep there trucks is eco mode trucks are dead slow on uphills. They have good trucks

Take negative reviews as just personal experiences. This company is very safety oriented and treats their drivers and office staff with lots of respect. Just like every other trucking company good drivers are hard to find,sometimes your asked to do a little extra but most of the time its a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend this company, the only con is no full wknd off coinciding with home life for most bunk runs, but thats trucking.

Working at XTL as a driver for the past 3 years I feel part of a family rather then just a number in some big company. From the office staff all the way to employees everyone is friendly / supportive with a professional attitude. Xtl offers training to help integrate within the company smoothly. Just like any other company problems do occur , at XTL they deal with the issue immediately and make sure the right solution is instilled that will benefit both the company and employee. At Xtl ,as a driver , a typical work day averages 9-10 hours. To be honest , there are no hard tasks at Xtl since there is no labor involved . In my opinion this eases the drivers mind therefore they can focus on driving safely. Lastly , if you have any questions there is always someone who can assist you. At Xtl you are taken care of .

Airdrie office staff really nice. Multicultural, too. But very disorganized. Highway trucks very slow, governed to 96kph, 100kph on cruise control. No fridge in highway tractors.
