Great company... but tough if you're on the bottom. Great pay, but you definitely earn it. Stressful because you never know what's going on. Minimal training. Long shifts, variable. Hard on your home Life

xpo is a great place to work the management is very well the one that I work with. the pay is okay it could be better but it good base on how much vehicle you have in the company then you won't see the money if it one vehicle. they base you getting work off the app and score not good cause it your not understanding the app then you can't get work and no work mean you can't support your family and pay bill I disagree with that part

you have the opportunity to work with other companies, when working with XPO they say they have give incentive, but I think they look for reasons not to give you that incentive every week

Very Good, It was a good company to work for. I enjoyed the environment. The job was comfortable working. I loved working with them. The employs were all helpful and they created no worries

It is not the best job in the world, but not the worst. Lots of heavy lifting of course but long breaks between. Salary does not make up for the work but friends make it easy

Pays well but don't expect great home time or great working conditions..company more focused on money then customers or drivers...have a your wrong and were right attitude

work was easy and the people were fun to work with. the work itself was very repetitive and very unsatisfying with little advancement or compensation in the company

Management seems to TRY to care about their team. But seems to lead other on in order to get the job done . I get it every new management has to show upper management that they are saving the company money . But if you forfeit good works salary to achieve that goal, then honestly you get what you pay for. Fast pace, some slow times. Deals with angry customers can be hard. Managers listen and try to help, also trying to do more fun activities. Need to hire more people.

Workload is high, expectations same but if you want to put in the effort and learn you’ll do fine. Some frustration with working with people who only come to work to socialize and put others down who are doing their job. HR cares and does what they can to curb the bad behaviour, senior management needs to cut the dead weight, not make excuses to hang on a bit too long this annoys people who work hard. Example definitely the IT guy (such a fake; joke) and the Recruiter,(clueless, inappropriate) such a waste of $ watching that mess; finally over and hiring real skill!! There is growth; people are sometimes moved into manager role before ready but need that help from senior managers to show them the way. Sometimes just isn’t time but for sure chance to learn fast.

Not a good place to work. Low salary, poor working conditions, management changes regularly and is very hard to deal with. not a lot of room for advancement

Did not pay overtime sometimes, worked a minimum of 8 hours a day and did not receive your next days schedule until the night before. Deliveries were sloppy and uncoordinated.

Long days with no appreciation from Senior Management. Effort is made by Management with regards to Employee Engagement but only for show and is not perceived as genuine as pictures are taken for any and everything to post on company's social media site

An OK place to work. Terrible, extremely rude, negative management. Nice fellow staff overall however. While technically there is job security if you do the job well. I was a temp for over a year. Some have been there for over 4 years and company still wont hire full time yet you will likely get 40 hours a week minimum anyways. Overtime is part of the job culture. They pay time and a half right at 40 hours. Only real benefit that comes to mind.

Worst management I ever saw. Salary is a joke. They do not care to improve anything. The vice president of marketing is the worst for this company. I never met the people above his position, but this man is too much.

that was a good job environment was ok but this job is not good for long term in this it is very difficult to balance time for your work and personal life

Great team Horrible Management. work flow was good my days where wed to sunday good hours but as i said management where not fair also they didnt pay me overtime

Tend to work alone due to short staff at times. Reasons for picked days off and esp paid vacay days which is non sense. Some of the employers also need training themselves. Any meeting doesn't make any difference.
