Avis d'employé sur XPO Logistics
Just a review.
Tend to work alone due to short staff at times. Reasons for picked days off and esp paid vacay days which is non sense.
Some of the employers also need training themselves. Any meeting doesn't make any difference.

I worked for XPO at a Richmond warehouse. There were seven people that had the same job title as me. Only three ever did any work. Others slept on the job, took their work boots off after three hours into their shift, and used so much bandwidth that the company got a huge Internet bill one month. When I complained that me and two other workers were doing the work of seven, it fell on deaf ears. When I said I needed my pay addressed to account for the fact that I actually performed labour and that set me apart from my other coworkers, it fell on deaf ears to. I would work for the company again but not at the same detachment.
No growth opportunity from material handler position, must work from call/CSR to dispatch to to super to assistant to manager or they outsource direct to manager.
It was a good learning experience however you eventually realize it has minimum room for growth. fairly easy job, the management here is very poor and inefficient.
